A Paw-fect Day to Help
It was a sunny morning in Adventure Bay. Ryder was playing fetch with the pups outside the Lookout when his pup-pad beeped.
"Ryder here!" he answered.
"Ryder, help!" said Mayor Goodway. "Chickaletta and I were having a picnic when my basket rolled down the hill. Now it's stuck in a tree by the beach!"
"Don't worry, Mayor Goodway. We'll help! No job is too big, no pup is too small!" Ryder pressed the button on his pup-pad. "Paw Patrol, to the Lookout!"
"Ryder needs us!" the pups barked.
The pups raced to the elevator. Marshall came tumbling in last, bumping into everyone. "Oops! Sorry, pups. Just rolling with it!" They all laughed.
At the top, the pups lined up in their gear.
"Paw Patrol ready for action, Ryder sir!" Chase announced.
"Pups, Mayor Goodway needs our help. Her picnic basket is stuck in a tree by the beach. We need to get it down safely."
"Skye, I need you to fly up and see where exactly the basket is stuck."
"*Yip yip!* This pup's gotta fly!"
"Chase, use your net to catch the basket when we get it loose."
"Chase is on the case!"
"Paw Patrol is on a roll!"
At the beach, Skye flew up to check the basket. "I see it, Ryder! But it's wedged pretty tight!"
Chase got his net ready. "Ready to catch it!"
The basket wouldn't budge. "Ruff ruff!" barked Skye. "It's too stuck!"
"Hmm," said Ryder. "We need some extra help. Marshall, can you use your ladder to reach the basket?"
"I'm fired up!" Marshall extended his ladder and carefully climbed up. "Got it!" The basket came loose and fell right into Chase's net.
"Yay!" everyone cheered.
"Thank you, Paw Patrol!" said Mayor Goodway, hugging Chickaletta. "Now we can finish our picnic!"
"Whenever you need help, just yelp for help!" said Ryder, giving the pups treats.
